In order to form a good study atmosphere and safeguard the rules of the exam, we held the mobilization meeting in the room C301 of Tianshantang Building on June 27^th in 2018. The meeting was attended by Zhang Wenyu, deputy dean, Gao Jie, teaching secretary, Li Peibei and Sha Xinyu, instructor for students of 2016 and 2017 respectively, with the participation of all students from the college. 

       The meeting started at 14:30. First, Gao Jie made detailed explanation about the rules and requirements of the exam to students. Later, Pro. Zhang Wenyu made a conclusion by pointing out that the basic task of students was study and exam was the most fair way to examine what they had gained. He also hoped that every student could make good preparations for the exam and follow the relevant rules. He also stressed that the students who did poorly in the last exam need to adjust their attitudes and find targeted measures to pass the exam. Finally, he explained the process and relevant questions about postgraduate-entrance examination and postgraduate recommendation. He also introduced the relevant polices and starting times of postgraduate recommendation. He noted that the recommendation work was fair, justifiable and responsible, which will be done in accordance with the relevant policies of Lanzhou University. He also hoped that students could coordinate with the college in this regard.

       The mobilization meeting not only promotes students to actively focus on the preparation for the final exam but energizes their awareness of competitive study. Students are encouraged to strengthen their self-management and learn to study independently in order to get good grades in the final exam.
