Fu Congbin, a famous climatologist, is currently Director of the International START Center for Regional Studies of Global Change in East Asia and Chairman of the Pacific Science Association. He is a “Cui Ying Chair Professor” of the School of Atmospheric Sciences at Lanzhou University and the director of the Institute of Environmental Change.
