       Zhang Beidou, male, born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, in October 1980, office director, senior engineer, PhD, engaged in atmospheric sounding, data information processing and other fields. He presided over 6 scientific research projects, participated in 3 projects, participated in the compilation of 2 experimental textbooks, and also participated in 6 large-scale observation experiments. He has published more than 20 academic papers, 2 invention patents, 6 utility model patents, 2 computer software copyrights, and won 1 third-class Natural Science Award of Gansu Province.
