On May 15th, Lanzhou University and Shaanxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau held a cooperation agreement signing ceremony at the Chengguan campus. Ma Xiaojie, Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, met with Luo Hui, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau, and her delegation.
