On February 28, Shu Zhiliang, director of the Meteorological Disaster Prevention Technology Center of Ningxia Meteorological Bureau, and Chen Xiaojuan, deputy director of the Emergency and Disaster Reduction Department of Ningxia Meteorological Bureau, visited the College of Atmospheric Science for an exchange seminar. The seminar was presided over by Tian Xulong, secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Atmospheric Science.

Tian Xulong welcomed the arrival of Shu Zhiliang and Chen Xiaojuan, expressing gratitude for the long-term support and assistance provided by the Ningxia Meteorological Bureau to the college's development.
