Recently, the Political Work Department of a Chinese People's Liberation Army department sent a prosperity to Lanzhou University, congratulating Zhang Xi, a 2006 graduate of the College of Atmospheric Sciences, on being recognized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League as a national outstanding Communist Youth League cadre in 2022.

 

      

       General information of Comrade Zhang Xi:

       Zhang Xi, male, Han nationality, from Zizhou County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, was born in June 1988. He graduated from the College of Atmospheric Sciences, Lanzhou University in June 2010, majoring in atmospheric science. After graduation and enlistment, he has successively held the posts of assistant engineer, political instructor, political work office secretary, deputy director, etc. Now he is the major section chief of the organization section of a political work department of the People's Liberation Army.

       In 2011 and 2020, he won the third class personal merit twice;

       In 2019, he was rated as an excellent political cadre by his superiors;

       In 2020, he was rated as an advanced individual of 'supporting the government and loving the people' by Jilin Province;

       In 2021, he was rated as an advanced individual serving grassroots;

       In 2022, he was awarded as the National Excellent Communist Youth League Cadre by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, a first level commendation project.
