Chen Min, male, Han nationality, lecturer of College of Atmospheric Sciences, Lanzhou University, environmental impact assessment engineer. In 2008, he graduated from College of Atmospheric Sciences, Lanzhou University and received his Ph.D. He mainly teaches courses such as 'Fluid Mechanics', 'Meteorological Statistics Analysis and Forecasting Methods' and practical courses, 'Aviation Meteorology' and 'Environmental Impact Assessment'.

       At present, he is mainly engaged in environmental consulting work such as environmental impact assessment of construction projects, environmental protection acceptance of completed construction, external environmental supervision, and post-evaluation of environmental impact of construction projects. At the same time, he also conducts research work on World Bank environmental policy, air pollution and air quality simulation.

       He has presided over and participated in more than 40 free exploration projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the special funds for basic scientific research operation fees of central universities, and more than 40 horizontal applied scientific research projects. He has published several papers on environmental impact assessment, air pollution and prevention and control.
