       Guo Yongtao, male, born in May 1974, lecturer. In July 2004, he graduated from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lanzhou University, majoring in analytical chemistry, and obtained a master's degree in science. In the same year, he taught at the school. From 2005 to 2006, he studied at the School of Environment, Peking University; from 2007 to 2008, he conducted collaborative research at the University of Toyama, Japan. In September 2013, he graduated with a doctorate degree in environmental meteorology from the School of Atmospheric Sciences, Lanzhou University, and obtained a doctorate degree in science. He is mainly engaged in scientific research and teaching in air pollution and medical meteorology. He presided over a free exploration project of special funds for the basic scientific research operations of central universities, participated in a number of national scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published many papers in important academic journals at home and abroad.
