       To enhance the knowledge reserve, professional competence, and practical ability of meteorological students in the new era, the first national joint internship and scientific expedition ceremony for undergraduate students majoring in atmospheric science, sponsored by the Chinese Meteorological Society and Lanzhou University, was held on July 29th at Lanzhou University.

       The first national joint internship and scientific expedition for undergraduate students majoring in atmospheric science was jointly organized by the Chinese Meteorological Society and Lanzhou University, with the assistance of the Gansu Provincial Meteorological Bureau, Qinghai Provincial Meteorological Bureau, and others. More than 150 meteorological students from seven universities, including Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, National University of Defense Technology, and Lanzhou University, participated in the internship and investigation in ecological protection, professional cognition, practical skills, etc., mainly through visits, on-site observations, observation experiments, and themed party days.
