       Huang Yu, deputy secretary of the party committee of the College, combined with the work responsibilities of the head teachers, and conducted training for all head teachers on how to carry out student ideological guidance, professional enlightenment, and the development of good behaviors. She hopes that the teacher in charge of the class will lead the students to grow into talents according to the growth characteristics of the students at different stages, and insist on carrying out specific tasks, including class building, comprehensive evaluation, identification of students with financial difficulties, assistance to key students, employment guidance, etc.; at the same time, they should focus on common issues and pay attention to the mental health of students and the development of good behaviors and habits. Freshmen's head teacher must do a good job of class analysis and knowledge of academic conditions, select student cadres, and use their heart to help freshmen quickly adapt to the university's learning rhythm, master scientific learning methods, and lay a solid foundation and work ahead.

       Wang Weiguo, secretary of the party committee of the College, fully affirmed the important role of the head teacher in the safety and stability and education of the college. He emphasized from the three aspects, including mission, responsibilities and work requirements of the head teachers. He hoped that the head teachers will carry out work from the aspects of student value guidance, student ability training, and class style of study, so as to continuously improve his professional level, grasp student dynamics in a timely manner, pay attention to different student groups, actively innovate management methods, thoroughly implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren, and become a guide for the healthy growth of students.        Associate Professor Zhang Jiankai, the head teacher of the Class of 2020 Atmospheric Science Base, shared the experience of the head teacher's work based on vivid cases. The participants conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on how to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the work of the head teachers and do a good job in class management.
