In order to further improve the recruitment and publicity work in Hebei Province, from June 23 to 26, our college organized 6 publicity groups composed of 11 young and middle-aged teaching and research backbones, including department heads and professors, and staff of the College’s party committee publicity department to go to 12 key middle schools to attend College Admissions Consultation Meeting. The schools include Tangshan NO.1 Middle School, Qinhuangdao No. 1 Middle School, Qinhuangdao Experimental Middle School, Handan No. 1 Middle School, Hengshui No. 1 Middle School Handan Branch, Shijiazhuang No. 1 Middle School, Shijiazhuang No. 2 Middle School, Hengshui No. 1 Middle School, Hengshui No. 2 Middle School, Jizhou Middle School, Zhengding Middle School and Anguo Middle School ect..

       At the consultation meeting, the teachers patiently interpret for candidates and parents the admissions policy and consulting services, and carefully answered various questions raised by the candidates and parents, which achieved good results. Professor Chen Qiang, the dean of the Department of Atmospheric Environment, also accepted an on-site interview by Hebei News Network and participated in an online consultation meeting, which expanded the influence and coverage of the publicity.

       At the same time, the college also mailed and distributed nearly 2500 recruitment materials such as the '2021 Lanzhou University Application Guide' to 12 middle schools, including Hengshui No. 13 Middle School, Wuqiao Middle School, Hebei Normal University Affiliated Middle School, and Wu'an No. 10 Middle School.
